Creamy Mango & Pineapple Granola Layers

This quick layered dessert is full of tropical flavour!

  • 200 g Liberté Honey Yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons half-fat crème fraîche
  • 1  tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 1 small ripe mango, peeled, stone removed and flesh diced
  • 75 g fresh pineapple, finely chopped
  • 4 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Honey Snack Bars, roughly crushed
  • 12 macadamia nuts, chopped


  1. 1 Mix together the yogurt, crème fraîche and coconut in a bowl. Mix the mango with the pineapple in a second bowl. In a third bowl, mix together the crushed granola bars and chopped nuts.
  2. 2 Divide half of the yogurt mixture between 2 large wide tumblers. Top with half of the granola mixture, then half of the fruit mixture. Repeat the layers once more. Serve immediately.

    Add some passion fruit seeds to the mango and pineapple for an extra tropical taste.
    Crème fraîche gives a lovely tangy flavour to the creamy layer but, if you prefer a sweeter taste, use softly whipped double cream instead.
