A: The cardboard boxes used for Nature Valley bars are widely recyclable. Unfortunately, our bar packets are not currently recyclable and should be enquired with your local council.

A: Currently no Nature Valley products are organic.
Q: Are Nature Valley bars suitable for vegetarians?
A: Nature Valley products that are suitable for vegetarians bear the “Suitable for Vegetarians” logo at the back of the package.
Q: Are Nature Valley bars gluten-free?
A: Nature Valley protein bars have been specially developed to be gluten-free and have undergone strict testing to ensure this is the case. Currently, only Nature Valley Protein Peanut & Chocolate and Nature Valley Protein Salted Caramel Nut are gluten-free in our range.
Q: Does Nature Valley Crunchy bars use naturally sourced ingredients?
A: Nature Valley bars are made with core ingredients such as 100% wholegrain oats, honey, cocoa, peanuts and almonds. These are combined with other carefully selected ingredients which play an important role in delivering the texture and shelf-life consumers expect from our bars.
Q: Are Nature Valley bars made with real oats?
A: Yes - Nature Valley Crunchy bars are made with 100% wholegrain oats. In fact, whole grain rolled oats are a key ingredient across much of the Nature Valley range and form the foundation of many of our crunchy bars.
Q: Are Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bars good for a packed lunch or a hike?
A: Yes. They come in individually wrapped two-bar pouches that hold up in a packed lunch or a backpack, and they are shelf stable with no refrigeration needed.
Q: Why does the ingredient list in the protein bars include isolated soy protein?
A: Isolated soy protein is a key ingredient that complements the protein naturally found in peanuts, helping us deliver a consistent amount of protein in every protein bar without compromising taste or texture.
