Blueberry, Banana & Granola Parfait

This simple and quick parfait can be whipped up in no time. Great for breakfast or as an after-dinner dessert.

Ingredient List

  • Small check mark in a circle 2 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Honey Granola Bars, crushed
  • Small check mark in a circle 1/2 banana, peeled and thinly sliced
  • Small check mark in a circle 50 g blueberries
  • Small check mark in a circle 100 g Greek-style yogurt
  • Small check mark in a circle 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Small check mark in a circle 1/2 teaspoon runny honey

Preparation

  1. Spoon a third of the crushed granola bars into the base of a 250ml dessert glass. Top with half of the banana slices and a third of the blueberries. Spoon over half of the yogurt and half of the lemon zest. Repeat the layers, with the granola and last few blueberries on top.
  2. Drizzle with honey, to serve.

Tips

  • Cooking Vegetarian? Always read labels to make sure each recipe ingredient is vegetarian. Products and ingredient sources can change.
  • Make this using other summer berries, such as raspberries or strawberries. Give an alternative citrus kick to the parfait with orange zest instead of lemon.
