Mixed Berry Cheesecake Smoothie Bowls

These fruit and granola topped creamy smoothie bowls make the perfect start to a busy day!

  • 2 tablespoons skimmed milk
  • 100 g Greek-style natural yogurt
  • 100 g full-fat soft cheese, at room temperature  
  • 1  large ripe banana, peeled and chopped
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 150 g strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Dark Chocolate Snack Bars, roughly crushed


  1. 1 Place the milk, yogurt, soft cheese, banana and 100g each of the raspberries and strawberries in a food processor or blender.
  2. 2 Blend on high speed for 10-20 seconds, then scrape down the sides of the blender cup with a spatula and blend for a further 20 seconds or until smooth.
  3. 3 Divide the smoothie mixture between 2 serving bowls. Arrange the crushed granola bars and remaining raspberries and sliced strawberries on top and serve immediately.

    Change the berries to diced mango, pineapple and kiwi fruit for a tropical version.
    Instead of soft cheese you could use ricotta and add a spoonful of honey to sweeten.
