Mixed Berry Smoothies

Cool with this chilled and creamy smoothie made with your favourite Liberte´ yogurt and frozen fruit.

Ingredients

  • 175 ml skimmed milk 
  • 170 g Liberté Yogurt, any flavour
  • 150 g frozen summer fruits, semi-defrosted
  • 2 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Honey Snack Bars, roughly crushed 

Directions

  1. 1 Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides with a spatula and blend for a further 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour into 2 chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
